At the Hotel Alpina, enjoyment is lived with care and love for the region. Our cuisine combines Alpine tradition with fresh, seasonal ingredients – authentic, creative, and always close to nature.
We source our meat from the in-house Metzgerei Schmed, which is run by Reto’s brother and with whom we have a close working relationship. In addition to the finest meat, the butchery also has its own vinotheque, from which we source selected wines. In summer, we also harvest some of our vegetables from the hotel’s own garden. For us, freshness, locality and sustainability are a way of life.

This is how an honest cuisine with a personal touch is created at the Alpina, where sustainability, taste and origin go hand in hand.

Restaurant open daily from 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.

Hot meals served from 11.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 5.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
