At Hotel Alpina, culinary enjoyment is shaped by care and love for the region. Our kitchen combines alpine tradition with fresh, seasonal ingredients – authentic, creative and always close to nature.
We source our meat from our own family butchers – Metzgerei Schmed, run by Reto’s brother, with whom we share a close partnership. In addition to top-quality meat, the butchery also offers its own wine cellar, from which we select fine wines.
In summer, some of our vegetables even come straight from our own garden – quality and locality are not simply presented, it is lived. We live and breathe freshness, locality, and sustainability.

This is how an honest cuisine with a personal touch is created at the Alpina, where sustainability, taste and origin go hand in hand.

Hot meals served from 11.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 5.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
